Jay Fuchs started Thai boxing at the age of 20 in a boxing cellar in Zurich-Oerlikon. In 1998, Charli Märki founded the now well-known Fight Club Zurich, where Jay Fuchs trained in Thai boxing for 16 years and was coached by C. Märki during this time. Jay Fuchs also started professional boxing in 2007 and fought five professional fights abroad in 2008. In 2009, Jay Fuchs had to hang up his boxing gloves due to a lack of professional support and successfully trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with Team Edson Carvalho Switzerland at the David Gym in Zurich. 50 Thai boxing fights, 10 amateur boxing fights, 5 professional boxing fights and 2 BJJ fights have been completed in Jay Fuchs’ martial arts career.
Jay Fuchs has been training intensively for her athletic career in bodybuilding since 2010. After just 1 year of training, J. Fuchs took 1st place in her first bodybuilding competition, the IFBB Fall and Swiss Championships. In 2012, two years after the start of her bodybuilding career, J. Fuchs won the international bodybuilding competition “Arnold Classic Europe” in the women’s bodybuilding category.
In 2013 Jay Fuchs was the main actress in the short film “Mona Blond” directed by Ms. Grazia Tricarico in collaboration with Cinecittà Studios in Rome. The film was promoted at many film festivals around the world and won several awards. Filming of the Long-Verseis planned for 2017.
In 2014, Jay Fuchs took part in the international bodybuilding competition “Troffeo Due Torre” and took 2nd place in the women’s bodybuilding category. In 2015, she made her professional debut in Tampa/Florida, where she not only achieved 5th place at her first attempt. She also wowed the audience with her artistic posing (freestyle), which earned her the “Best Poser Award”.
